Return Policy & Authorisation Form

PLEASE READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS BELOW BEFORE COMPLETING THE FORM

• Returns must be made within 7 days upon receipt of your order by completing the  Return Authorisation Form below with 3 close up photo shots of the fault or damage.


• Return item refers to item which has major defects (torn; colour stain or uneven alignment); different in size, product or colour from the original order


• If the return is due to the above, the shipping cost of the returned item sent to our office will be bear by us. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item and the shipping cost of the returned item to our office (the amount will be agreed by JK Fad before shipping out of item which is lower or equivalent to the original shipping cost of the returned item) but exclude credit card service charge of 3.5% 


• Items with signs of tampering, washing, altering will not be entertained


• The items must be returned in good condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging to ensure credit. 


• You will receive an email from JK Fad to advise if the item can be returned within 5 working days.


• Before you ship your return item, please attach the Returned Item Email received from JK Fad along with your returned item. Attach the return address portion of the packing slip to the outside of your return package. 


• To avoid item being lost in transit, we strongly encourage you to use Registered Post to ensure that your item reaches our office. JK Fad will not be responsible for non-delivery package.


• We will not accept Cash On Deliveries or third-party billing for returned merchandise. 


• In case of shipping damages, please contact the shipping carrier or Contact Us.
