How To Order

1. Complete the Order Form and submit to jkfad2008@yahoo.com


2. You will receive an Order Confirmation within 2 working days.


3. For in-stock items, delivery will be within 3 working days upon receipt of payment while for pre-order items, it will take approximately 10 working days.


4. For orders of 3 items and above and with a combination of in-stock and pre-order items, separate delivery will be arranged.


5. Delivery will be handled by either Singapore Post or DPEX Express service (different shipping fee applies).


6. Price indicated does not include shipping or postal fee.  You will be advised on the shipping or postal fee when you receive your Order Confirmation.  .


7. For an estimate of shipping fee (international order), please refer to the Postage Calculator. [Estimate - 0.300kg per piece]


8. Any excess postage charge will be used as credit for next order. A service charge of 3.4% will be levied by Paypal for request of refund through Paypal.
